We are inspired by his leadership and especially his outreach in the philanthropic space. Mr. Idehen shares his journey in this captivating episode and uses his experience to provide advice to first generation immigrants, children of immigrants and those who work in the corporate world. He also sheds light to his political aspiration and speaks to how we need leaders who have Africa’s best interest at heart.
Mr. Idehen is the Owner/President of OPX International LLC, a consulting company and founder/Chairman of Cornerstone of Hope Inc. He brings a diverse background of speaking 8 different languages and having lived in 4 countries.
He is also a Director of Community Development, has been a community development and diversity consultant, a banker and construction economist.
His wide-ranging career trajectory has given him a tremendous wealth of experience to assist clients in the areas of diversity training and education, community development and leadership.
Numerous honors have been bestowed upon Mr. Idehen including recognition in 2010 from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which presented him with the Director’s Community Leadership Award.
He has received numerous awards for his volunteering role and diversity efforts.
He holds an undergrad degree in Quantity Surveying, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and presently working on his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with emphasis on Organizational Diversity and Social Change.
